How to Build a Viking Ship (Hint: it involves pots of gold…)

Come and win lollipops at the Western Road School Summer Fair on June 28th!

I have something to promote! It’s NEXT WEEK and will help my son’s school to build a viking ship in its new playground (which I am right on board with *guffaw*). Here it is:

WHAT: The Western Road Summer Fair, themed ‘Around the World in 180 Minutes’

WHEN: Saturday 28th of June, 12-3pm

WHERE: Western Road School, Southover High Street, Lewes – entrance opposite Grange Gardens

IN AID OF: All proceeds go towards our new school playground

WHAT TO BRING: Lots of money

I’ll be manning the Lucky Lollipops around lunchtime, and being a butter fingers and the person responsible for the chips in every piece of crockery we own, I’m really looking forward to taking part in whatever the Year 5 ‘China Smashing’ stall involves.

See you there!

Side note: As I have said to several companies/services that have approached me about promoting stuff to my children’s educational institutions and the boys in general remain off limits. It is different when I am independently choosing to support the school by posting a picture of the Summer Fair poster to spread its message.
